Tiffany Attrill
Tiffany Attrill is a seasoned victim advocate with over 25 years of experience supporting survivors of violent crime, sexual assault, and child abuse across Washington State. She has served in key roles with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Seattle Police Department, King County Sexual Assault Resource Center, Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, and Seattle Children’s Hospital.
Throughout her career, Tiffany has guided survivors and families through every stage of the criminal justice process, launched innovative support programs, trained volunteers, and presented nationally on best practices in victim advocacy. She also represented victims’ interests on the William D. Ruckelshaus Center Sentencing Review Task Force, helping shape statewide policy discussions.
Natasha Willson
Natasha Willson is an experienced advocate and policy leader with more than 20 years of work advancing safety and justice for survivors of domestic violence and gender-based harm. Her career includes leadership roles with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, where she supervised multidisciplinary teams and developed survivor-centered practices to strengthen coordination across legal systems.Her work has focused on high-risk domestic violence cases, firearm-related threats, and addressing barriers faced by underserved communities. She has co-led collaborative initiatives like Project Safety, contributed to impactful policy reforms, and worked closely with lawmakers, legal advocates, and community partners to improve outcomes for survivors.
A frequent trainer and public speaker, Natasha Willson has shared expertise with legal professionals, law enforcement, and victim advocates at the local, state, and national level. She now brings this deep commitment to equity and systems change to her role as co-founder of Victim Justice Coalition
