The Victim Justice Coalition (VJC) is dedicated to building a justice system that puts crime victims, survivors and their families first.

We work to amplify survivor voices and advance meaningful reforms. By creating safe and accessible opportunities for survivors to share their experiences, we help shape policies and legislation that uphold dignity, fairness, and accountability. Together, we are strengthening Washington’s Constitutional Victims’ Bill of Rights and driving systemic change that prioritizes healing and justice.

We envision a future where every victim and survivor is seen, heard, and empowered — where their healing is prioritized, their rights upheld, and their voices shape laws and policies that transform the culture of justice.
